Learn MoreTumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy is an innovative immunotherapeutic approach that harnesses the body's own immune response to target and destroy breast cancer cells. TILs are a subset of lymphocytes that have migrated into tumor tissues, where they exhibit the potential to recognize and attack cancer cells effectively. Alfa Cytology is committed to advancing TIL cell therapy development for breast cancer.
Tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy mainly relies on the ability of lymphocytes in or near the tumor to recognize and kill tumor cells. Through in vitro isolation and expansion, it can expand the immune response and strengthen the anti-tumor effect. TIL mainly includes T cells, macrophages, NK cells, and dendritic cells. Because TIL comes from tumor tissue, it has strong tumor-homing properties and has a good targeting effect on tumor cells. As a new type of immune cell therapy, TIL therapy has shown good curative effects in a variety of cancer types, whether it is used alone or in combination with other treatment methods or drugs, it has shown ideal curative effect. Compared with other immunotherapies, TIL has the advantages of multiple targets, strong tumor tendency and infiltration ability, and small side effects, therefore, it can be used as an ideal treatment for breast cancer (BC).
