Learn MoreRelying on the technology platform of the tumor microenvironment center, Alfa Cytology provides a full range of services of imaging of inflammatory response in the tumor microenvironment (TME) to help scientific researchers successfully achieve their research goals.
As early as the middle of the 19th century, the German pathologist Rudolf Virchow discovered a large infiltration of inflammatory cells in tumor tissue and proposed the conjecture that tumors originated from chronic inflammation. It is now clear to the medical community that inflammation is closely related to cancer development, progression and the efficacy of anti-cancer treatment. For example, gastric cancer is associated with H. pylori infection, nasopharyngeal cancer with herpes virus infection, and liver cancer with hepatitis virus infection; systemic inflammation, such as obesity and depression, is also associated with tumor incidence and poor efficacy of anti-cancer treatment; and treatment-induced inflammatory responses also affect the clinical outcome of tumors to varying degrees. Although some anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin, statins) can significantly reduce the incidence of cancer and the risk of death, some pro-inflammatory cytokines or stimulants (TNF-α, cGAS-STING pathway activators) can promote the infiltration of immune cells into infected tissues and thus significantly improve the efficacy of tumor treatment, suggesting that inflammation is a "double-edged sword This suggests that inflammation is a "double-edged sword".
Alfa Cytology provides imaging services designed to help clients resolve issues related to inflammatory response in the tumor microenvironment. Our imaging services include, but are not limited to:

Alfa Cytology offers a wide selection of technologies for imaging inflammatory responses in the tumor microenvironment (TME) to help you study the many challenges associated with inflammatory reactivity in the tumor microenvironment. Multiplex imaging has great potential for application in studying the mechanisms of diseases where changes in tumor and inflammatory responsiveness are pathological features.
Alfa Cytology is dedicated to supporting scientists in making groundbreaking scientific discoveries and developing new applications to accelerate new drug discovery and scientific diagnosis and treatment. We have established the tumor microenvironment center technology platform with high performance scientific instruments and high value solutions to ensure high quality services that enable scientists to explore the mysteries of life at the tumor microenvironment level. Please let us know your project requirements and we will provide you with a comprehensive service from solution to report. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
