We are searching for a project manager to spearhead the Research and Development (R&D) team dedicated to leukemia therapy development studies.
Candidates should have pertinent work experience in Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), or pharmaceutical companies to deliver top-tier leukemia therapy development services to our clients.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize and oversee leukemia therapy development studies to meet client requirements in collaboration with the research team.
Conduct experiments, troubleshoot issues, and collect and analyze data while adhering to all relevant regulatory and safety standards.
Ensure prompt delivery of client-requested results while upholding high-quality standards.
Qualifications
A Ph.D. in biology or pharmacology is preferred, with considerations for related fields.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in applicable CROs, CMOs, or pharmaceutical companies.
Proficient in leukemia therapy development research.
Skilled in utilizing specialized laboratory equipment and adept at planning, executing, and troubleshooting scientific experiments.
Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
