Senior Scientist, Leukemia

Job Description
  • We are on the lookout for senior scientists specializing in leukemia therapy-related development and manufacturing.
  • Ideal candidates will possess substantial experience in relevant pharmaceutical companies/CROs.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the research team on leukemia therapy development initiatives.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge in the specific area of leukemia therapy development.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and cross-training to fellow scientists within the leukemia therapy development group.
  • Address and resolve obstacles that impede the successful progression of leukemia therapy projects.
  • Regularly deliver project plans and progress updates.
Qualifications
  • A Ph.D. in biology or pharmacology is preferred, with consideration given to related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pertinent pharmaceutical companies/CROs.
  • Proficient in leukemia therapy development research.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project design and management, capable of independently leading research and development teams.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of thriving in intellectually challenging environments.
