Description

Cathepsin L/S-IN-1 is a dual inhibitor of cathepsin L and cathepsin S with IC50 of 4.10 μM and 1.79 μM, respectively. Cathepsin L/S-IN-1 has significant anti-metastatic and invasive effects on pancreatic cancer BxPC-3 and PANC-1 cells.

In Vitro Cathepsin L/S-IN-1 (compound B1a) (0-25 μM; 48 h) shows noncytotoxic agaisnt pancreatic cancer BxPC-3 and PANC-1 cells.
Cathepsin L/S-IN-1 (0-25 μM; 48 h) inhibits Cathepsin L and S activities without decreasing the mRNA level of them.
Cathepsin L/S-IN-1 (0-25 μM; 48 h) inhibits the migration and invasion of pancreatic cancer BxPC-3 and PANC-1 cells.
