Description

CM03 is a potent ligand for DNA G-quadruplexes (G4s). CM03 stabilizes G4, downregulates more G4-containing genes, and increases the incidence of double-strand break events (DSBs) due to torsional strains on DNA and chromatin structures. CM03 has selective potency against pancreatic cancer cells.

CM03 (0-100 nM; 96 h) exhibits highly anti-proliferative activity against pancreatic cancer cell lines.
