The concentration gradient of the kit standard or positive control provides the theoretical detection range of the kit in biological research samples containing CA242. The ELISA analytical biochemical technology of CA242 elisa kit is based on CA242 antibody-CA242 antigen interaction (immunoadsorption) and HRP colorimetric detection system to detect the CA242 antigen target in the sample.
