In Vitro GSD-11 (0,1, 10, 100, 1000 µM) shows potent cytotoxicity against PANC-1 cells with PC50 value of 0.72 µM in nutrient-deprived medium (NDM), and IC50 value of 3.5 µM in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM).
GSD-11 (10 µM, 24 h) induces morphological change in PANC-1 cells.
GSD-11 (3, 5 µM, 24 h) inhibits the migration of PANC-1 tumor cells.
GSD-11 (1, 3, 5 µM, 24 h) shows strong colony formation inhibitory effect in PANC-1 tumor cells.
GSD-11 (2.5, 5, 10 µM) inhibits the survival of PANC-1 cells through the inhibition of the Akt/mTOR pathway under NDM conditions.
