Description

ICMT-IN-35 is an FTPA-triazole compound and ICMT inhibitor (IC₅₀=0.8 μM). ICMT-IN-35 is taken up by mammalian cells, blocks K-Ras membrane localization and induces K-Ras mislocalization. Furthermore, ICMT-IN-35 is selectively cytotoxic against ICMT+/+ MEF cells and has low micromolar activity (IC₅₀=0.8 μM) against metastatic pancreatic cancer cell lines.
