Description

Established cell lines from undifferentiated human pancreatic cancer. The tumor was obtained from a 65-year-old Caucasian male. These cells are large, have abundant cytoplasm, exhibit a high degree of aneuploidy, and have a tendency to grow on top of other cells, eventually growing freely in suspension. Sensitive to L-asparaginase.
