Description
A ready-to-use microplate ELISA kit for analyzing biological samples for the presence of Mothers Against Decapentaplegic Homolog 4 (SMAD4). The concentration gradient of the kit standard or positive control provides the theoretical detection range of the kit in biological research samples containing SMAD4. The kit's ELISA analytical biochemical technology is based on SMAD4 antibody-SMAD4 antigen interaction (immunoadsorption) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect SMAD4 antigen targets in samples. The ELISA kit is designed to detect native rather than recombinant SMAD4. Applicable samples include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates and secretions.
