We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project management professional to be responsible for supporting the project management of our services. This position is responsible for organizing the whole process of project implementation, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the service projects to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of the projects. The qualified candidate will ensure continued support for customer-specific application needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:

  • Organize or coordinate with department heads for the whole process of project implementation.
  • Organize or coordinate with department heads for the coordination and management of personnel, material, and other resources.
  • Organize or coordinate with department heads to realize the plan, set project goals, budget, and so on.
  • Data management. Perform data collection, data entry, and validation processes and master data management systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with relevant departments within the company, and solve the problems that arise while working on projects.
  • Collect information on PC research and drug development, and participate in the overall planning of R&D projects.
  • Other duties as assigned according to qualifications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in genetics, statistics, molecular cell biology, bioinformatics, or related fields.
  • More than three years of experience in the field and proficiency in common application tools and software.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Collaborate with researchers, analyze and interpret experimental data, and provide statistical and other support.
  • Good communication skills, conscientious and hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility towards work.
  • Flexible approach to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work and communicate well within a team.
