RORγ Antagonist 1 is a potent betulinic acid derivative that is an antagonist of RORγ. RORγ antagonist 1 exhibits antiproliferative activity in a HPAF-II pancreatic cancer xenograft model. RORγ antagonist 1 inhibits the RAS/MAPK and AKT/mTORC1 pathways and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cells.
