Project Manager, Alfa Cytology

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead our Research and Development (R&D) team focused on cancer therapy development studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cancer therapy development studies in collaboration with the research team to meet client needs.
• Conduct experiments, troubleshoot issues, and analyze data, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards.
• Deliver client-requested results on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Ph.D. in Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in CROs, CMOs, or pharmaceutical companies.
• Expertise in cancer therapy development research.
• Proficient in using specialized laboratory equipment and skilled in planning, executing, and troubleshooting scientific experiments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
