- Syngeneic Tumor Model Development Services
With rich experience in preclinical research in the field of cancer therapy, Alfa Cytology provides one-stop services for syngeneic tumor model development, helping researchers successfully achieve their research goals.
Homozygous tumor models are powerful tools for studying tumor biology, immunology, and therapeutic interventions. The model involves transplanting tumor cell lines from donors with the same genetic background (homozygous) into immunologically sound inbred mice. Recipient mice have an intact mouse immune system with full immunoreactivity, are compatible with homozygous tumor tissues, and mimic the tumor microenvironment with maximum realism, making them particularly suitable for immunology-based targeted tumor and microenvironmental therapeutic studies.

Furthermore, these models can be generated using a wide array of murine tumor cell lines that represent various cancer types, including melanoma, lung, breast, and colorectal cancers, providing a versatile platform for broad-spectrum cancer research.
Leveraging a proven tumor microenvironment center technology platform, Alfa Cytology can provide syngeneic tumor model products, model customization, and co-development services for a wide range of cancer types, aiming to precisely meet your research needs.
We provide a wide range of rodent syngeneic tumor models, including breast cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, melanoma, lung cancer, brain cancer and other types.
Syngeneic Cell Line Derived Tumor Models
Alfa Cytology offers you a wide range of validated syngeneic cell line derived models such as: DLBCL lymphoma (A20), T-cell lymphoma (EL4), leukemia (L1210, WEHI-3), lung (LLC1, LLC1-luc, KLN205) and more.
Syngeneic Mice-Derived Tumor Models
Alfa Cytology has established dozens of preclinical tumor models derived from syngeneic mice for the study of how tumors and the microenvironment function in the presence of a functional immune system.
Carcinogen-Induced Mouse Models
Alfa Cytology has established a set of carcinogen-inducible mouse models for various tumor types such as hepatocyte, lung, cervical, and leukemia to meet the different needs of our customers.
Spontaneous Mouse Models
Alfa Cytology provides you with many validated tumor models in which a variety of spontaneous mouse models are cultured, including NHL, prostate cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, etc.
We have the following inoculation sites for you to choose freely:
Alfa Cytology also provides a variety of pharmacological assessment tools such as tumor growth curve/body weight curve, blood biochemical index, pathological testing (frozen section, paraffin section, HE staining, immunohistochemistry, etc.), flow and molecular assays, which can meet your various needs for drug mechanism of action analysis.
Choose genetically defined mouse strains to ensure relevance to human immune responses.
Selection of Mouse Strains
Introduce tumor cells into the host mouse and monitor tumor growth and immune responses.
