Basic qualifications:
- PhD in molecular biology, molecular cell biology, oncology or related biomedical fields.
- Solid professional basic knowledge and strong comprehensive analysis ability.
- Proficient in most research methodologies.
- Strong communication and expression skills, fluent in English.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Main responsibility:
- Responsible for the planning, organization, control and execution of projects.
- Responsible for obtaining experimental data and results of the project and completing the project conclusion report.
- Responsible for assessing and identifying potential implementation issues for the project.
- Conduct research on technical difficulties and be responsible for knowledge release and knowledge transfer.
