Basic qualifications:
- Possess basic professional knowledge in biology and oncology.
- Industry sales management experience.
- Possess strong market analysis, marketing and promotion capabilities, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Have a strong sense of professionalism and possess certain leadership skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.
Main responsibility:
- Formulate and implement regional sales plans to achieve market share and sales targets in the region.
- Establish customer communication channels, supervise and inspect sales staff's regular visits to customers, and understand customer requirements.
- Deal with customer demands in a timely manner, improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term, good, and stable regional cooperation relationships.
- Communicate in a timely manner with customer service, technology and other relevant departments.
