Sales Manager

Basic qualifications:

• Possess basic professional knowledge in biology and oncology.
• Industry sales management experience.
• Possess strong market analysis, marketing and promotion capabilities, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Have a strong sense of professionalism and possess certain leadership skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.

Main responsibility:

• Formulate and implement regional sales plans to achieve market share and sales targets in the region.
• Establish customer communication channels, supervise and inspect sales staff's regular visits to customers, and understand customer requirements.
• Deal with customer demands in a timely manner, improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term, good, and stable regional cooperation relationships.
• Communicate in a timely manner with customer service, technology and other relevant departments.
